Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original anti-static packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Drop-off

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our testing facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our engineers will inspect the device for functionality and condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
